TVN's RC Super Hauler aircraft deployed multiple parachute probes into the inflow region of the MONSTER supercell thunderstorm that eventually spawned the Aurora, NE tornado. This same storm produced several tornadoes hours before reaching Aurora, including those captured here, west of Grand Island and northeast of Kearney. Finishes moving in home on Monday, evacuates on Tuesday, home completely destroyed on Wednesday. Sot with Kim as she loses everything and then cooks and passes out food to others before her next shift. Amazing person.

After making landfall Wednesday as the most powerful hurricane on record to hit Florida's Panhandle, Hurricane Michael has left a trail of disaster across multiple states. Although Michael weakened Thursday to a tropical storm, it has killed at least seven people and impacted Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas and Virginia. Streets were nearly impassible with pieces of debris from buildings and houses. High winds brought down large trees, a lot were on homes and mobile homes. Some mobile homes were destroyed. Several marinas in the area mostly were evacuated however some boats didn't leave and were capsized. Law enforcement was throughout the area assisting residents.
